Jim Pippins has over 23 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Since February 2007, Jim has held various leadership roles at Word & Brown General Agency, including Sr. Director of Broker Development, Regional Vice President, Inside Sales Director, and Inside Sales Representative. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Broker at Strategic Employee Benefit Services from September 2005 to February 2007 and at Filice Insurance Agency from March 2000 to June 2005, where responsibilities included telemarketing, account management, and production.
