The Registration Director communicates with the Operations Director regarding the timing of registration announcements to the public. All registration will be conducted through the WWHF website, Harvest Connect, and social media platforms.

The Registration Director oversees all aspects of registration for the Holy Convocation, both in advance and during the event. This role ensures accurate and up-to-date registration numbers are provided regularly to the Presiding Prelate and the Logistics Director.

The Registration Director collaborates with the Logistics Director to discuss and plan the setup and execution of the registration process. Together, they ensure that registration operations are efficient and well-coordinated. Additionally, the Registration Director ensures that all items included in registration, as determined by the Presiding Prelate, are prepared and distributed appropriately.

The Registration Director works closely with the Logistics Director to ensure all registrants receive necessary event details, such as schedules, locations, and any special instructions, in a timely manner. They also oversee the resolution of any registration issues or inquiries to ensure a smooth and professional registration experience.
