Kavita Parmar

Kavita Parmar has a diverse work experience. Kavita initially worked as an Optometrist from September 2002 to November 2013. In August 2006, Kavita founded ADAPTAWEAR, a clothing company that specializes in clothing for the elderly and disabled. Kavita served as the Inventor and Founder of the company until December 2009. Since August 2014, Kavita has been working as the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of Word360 Translation & Interpreting Services. In this role, they are responsible for developing strategies to maximize communication efficiency in large health and social care organizations, ensuring effective access to services for service users. Word360 provides translation and interpreting services in over 250 languages to health and social sectors worldwide. Additionally, Kavita has received numerous awards and recognition for their work, including the Tech Collaborator Award in 2021 and the Business Woman of the Year in 2016.
