Jenna Harding has a diverse work experience ranging from language resources management to customer success management. Jenna started their career in 2008 as a Resource Coordinator at ForeignExchange Translations, where they recruited and managed linguistic resources. Jenna was later promoted to Resource Manager, where they provided strategic recommendations and managed key client accounts. In 2010, Jenna joined Wordbank US as a Project Manager, executing translation and localization projects. Over the years, they advanced to roles such as Senior Project Manager, Account Manager, Client Services Manager, and Director of Localization Operations, where they oversaw teams and client accounts. Currently, Jenna is the VP of Customer Success at Wordbank US, responsible for business growth and leading a global team of customer success managers. Jenna'sexpertise lies in localization, digital marketing, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Jenna also has a background in French, having served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Jenna Harding completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and French from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2004. Jenna later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Language and Literature of Europe and the Americas with a focus on French at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2005 to 2007.
