Lyndsay Stenhouse has a varied work experience. Lyndsay began their career in 2007 as Deputy Manager at Miss Selfridge, where they were responsible for multi-channel KPI results and customer engagement and retention. Lyndsay was promoted to Store Manager in the same company, where they achieved a 50% reduction in stockloss in their first year, consistently high customer service survey results, and hit store card targets. Lyndsay also built up knowledge of the market place and customer base, allowing their to work with local students on fashion shows and marketing. In 2021, they moved to MyBuilder.com as a Customer Service Advisor. Lyndsay is currently employed at Wordnerds as a Customer Success Manager.
Lyndsay Stenhouse obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics with Applied Social Sciences from York St. John University between 1999 and 2002.
