Camila Chaves

Camila Chaves is the current Product Management Director at Work & Co. Camila has over fifteen years of experience in the industry, working with companies such as DUXcoworkers, Grafikonstruct, Avesso TV / PSET Producoes, and Apple Inc. Camila has always been passionate about collaborating in User Experience projects and helping companies grow their digital presence. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Collaborator, Digital Planner / Content Director, and Assistente de criação/produção. In their current role as Product Management Director, Camila is responsible for leading a team of product managers and designers who create digital products and experiences for Work & Co’s clients.

Camila Chaves has a Bachelor in Marketing, Advertising and Social Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Camila also has a degree in Product & Service Design Innovation from R/GA University.

Camila Chaves reports to Muriel Alvarez, Partner, Product Management.
