Vice President of Operations at Work-Fit

Andrew Wetzel has extensive work experience in the field of athletic training and occupational health. Andrew started their career as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Oakland Athletics in 1998. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Site Manager at TheraMatrix, Inc. In 2002, they joined Work-Fit, Inc as a Program Manager, where they provided health promotion and injury prevention programs to employees at New United Motors Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI-Toyota/GM). From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Worksite Athletic Health Specialist at Concentra. In 2011, they joined the United States Mint as a Safety & Occupational Health Technician. Since 2013, they have been the Vice President of Operations at Work-Fit, where they are responsible for operational support, leadership, and account management for the delivery of industrial athletic training services. Overall, Andrew Wetzel has over 19 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, with a focus on providing services in the occupational setting, particularly in manufacturing.

Andrew Wetzel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Muskingum University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following their undergraduate education, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science at Oakland University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001.
