Grace Marqueses

Ma. Grace Marqueses has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Ma. Grace started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech, where they provided customer service support. Ma. Grace then moved on to Sutherland Global Services in 2012, where they continued in a similar role as a Customer Service Specialist.

In 2014, they joined IBM Global Process Services as a Global Help Desk representative, handling email, chat, and voice inquiries from Citi Bank employees. Ma. Grace'sresponsibilities included providing customer service and troubleshooting various software applications.

In 2016, they transitioned to a Lead Generation Specialist/Team Leader role at Engagio (acquired by Demandbase). Here, they manually searched for target people's information and saved it on a Google sheet. Ma. Grace also handled lead merging in Salesforce and Marketo.

Ma. Grace then joined Lattice in 2019 as a Lead Generation Specialist/Team Leader. Ma. Grace'srole involved using sales navigator to search for target companies and leads, gathering company and lead information, and conducting lead generation activities.

In 2021, Ma. Grace worked with Global Food Safety Consultant Network as a LinkedIn Lead Generation/Conversation specialist and with Work for Impact as a Lead Generation Specialist.

In 2022, they had roles as a Virtual Assistant at Acquiry Pty Ltd and as a Recruiter Lead Generator/Social Media Manager at Custom Trucker Recruiting.

Throughout their career, Ma. Grace has demonstrated strong skills in lead generation, team leadership, customer service, and data management.

Ma. Grace Marqueses has an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Skill Power Institute in Antipolo City, Rizal, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Rizal Technological University from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy but did not complete the degree. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in SEO for Social Media from LinkedIn and NC IV - Computer Programming Expert from TESDA Certified in 2008.
