David Toogood

David Toogood serves as the President & CEO of Work Services Corporation since January 2016, leading a mid-size non-profit firm dedicated to providing job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Prior to this role, David Toogood had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as the US Senior National Representative for the NATO pilot training program, managing significant personnel numbers and student trainees, and holding roles such as Inspector General and Combat Operations Planner. David Toogood holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s degree in Systems Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, alongside additional military education at the Air War College and Air Command and Staff College.
