Konstantinos Vasileiou

Konstantinos Vasileiou has a diverse background in product management and business analysis. Konstantinos is currently working at Workable as the Lead Principal Product Manager, where they are responsible for promoting employer brands, reaching job seekers, and managing a team of two Product Managers. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Product Manager at Workable, where they led product spaces and coached a team. Vasileiou also has experience as a Senior Product Manager at Workable, where they launched various initiatives to improve lead and applicant conversion rates. Before joining Workable, they worked at Pollfish as a Senior Product Owner, leading the agile transformation of the company and launching a new survey mediation platform. Konstantinos also worked at Camelot Global as a Product Owner, focusing on the development of an online lottery platform. Additionally, Vasileiou worked at INLECOM as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed the delivery of IT services in large EU research projects. Konstantinos began their career at Accenture as a Consultant, designing and developing IT products and services for banking groups.

Konstantinos Vasileiou holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow, which was completed in the academic year 2008-2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed the "Machine Learning for Business Professionals" course offered by Google in 2020, obtained the "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" in November 2019, and achieved the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)" certification from Scrum.org in 2016.
