Pablo Scillia

Pablo Scillia has extensive experience in the field of UX/UI design and development. Pablo currently holds the position of Lead UX at Workana since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Qualifyze as a UX/UI specialist from August 2020 to May 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a Digital Product Designer at Workana, where they collaborated with Product Owners and the CEO to develop new features and iterations for the platform. Before that, they worked as a Front-End Developer and Designer at wobiz from 2013 to 2016, where they managed a team and contributed to new feature implementations. Pablo also had freelance experience as a Web/Multimedia Designer from 2010 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Maquetador web at La Voz del Interior, a Front-End Developer and Designer at Innova, and as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Blas Pascal. Pablo began their career as a Web Designer and Developer at Sitio Digital and Empire Tech.

Pablo Scillia completed a Master's degree in User Experience at La Salle BCN from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Licenciado degree in Comunicación Audiovisual from Universidad Blas Pascal, from 2003 to 2008.
