Anastasia Vashkelite

Anastasia Vashkelite has extensive experience in customer success management, with a focus on the technology and internet security industries. Anastasia currently works as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workato since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Dynamic Yield from December 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Dynamic Yield from September 2018 to December 2020.

Before transitioning into customer success management, Vashkelite worked in online marketing and communications roles. Anastasia served as a Russian-speaking Markets & Content Strategist at ZenMate (Internet Security & Privacy) from June 2017 to August 2018, and as a Country Manager for Russia (online marketing) from March 2016 to June 2017. Anastasia also worked as a Communications Manager on temporary contracts from October 2014 to March 2016.

In the early years of their career, Vashkelite gained experience in account management, creative direction, and public relations. Anastasia worked as an Account Manager at Abuzyarov's Video Production Studio from October 2012 to June 2013. Prior to that, they held roles as a Creative Director (managing a team of 8) at Modul Pro Communication Agency from May 2011 to October 2012, and as a PR Manager from August 2009 to May 2011. Anastasia also worked as a PR Manager at Ltd Interleasing from October 2007 to March 2009.

Anastasia Vashkelite completed their education at St. Petersburg State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a specialist degree in International Journalism. In addition to their formal education, Anastasia obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II from Workato in February 2022.
