Ian Salumbides

Ian Salumbides has extensive experience in payroll management and operations. Ian most recently worked as the Global Payroll Manager at Workato since January 2022. Prior to that, Ian served as a Payroll Project Manager at RGP from January 2019 to November 2021. Ian also worked as a Payroll Manager at PwC Singapore from November 2017 to January 2019, and at SingTel from June 2014 to October 2017. Ian's earlier positions include roles such as APAC Operations Supervisor at Acrede from February 2013 to May 2014, International Payroll Supervisor at CloudPay from February 2012 to February 2013, and International Payroll Executive at CloudPay from August 2010 to January 2012. Ian began their career at IBM, where they held various payroll-related positions, including Payroll Team Lead from July 2009 to July 2010, Payroll Associate Team Lead from July 2008 to July 2009, and Payroll Process Owner from July 2006 to July 2008.

Ian Salumbides completed their Bachelor of Science in Statistics degree with a focus on Statistics and Actuarial Mathematics at De La Salle University from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in September 2021, including "Building Trust," "Communication Foundations," "Interpersonal Communication," and "Preparing for Successful Communication," from LinkedIn.
