Kathleen Jaedtke

Kathleen Jaedtke currently serves as the Head of Marketing EMEA Central at Workato, beginning in May 2024, and as a member of the Supervisory Board at onOffice GmbH since January 2023. Complementing this role, Kathleen is also a lecturer at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where a training program on search engine optimization (SEO) is delivered. Previous experience includes a senior position at HubSpot as Head of Marketing & Brand DACH, where significant growth in marketing contributions was achieved, and roles at Zalando SE, where leadership in content marketing fostered substantial improvements in SEO performance. Kathleen has been involved in various educational programs and jury memberships in the digital publishing and innovation sectors, complemented by a solid academic foundation from prestigious institutions including LSE and MIT Sloan School of Management.
