Michelle Tavera-Galban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle started their career at [24]7 as a CSA in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Michelle then moved on to Sophos, where they served as a Licensing Administrator from 2013 to 2016. Their most recent position was at Workato, a cloud automation and integration platform, where they held multiple roles. Michelle started as a Customer Success team member in 2016 and worked in that capacity until 2019. Michelle then became a Support Team Supervisor for PH Product Support from 2018 to 2020.
