Neil Pfeiffer

Neil Pfeiffer, CCP has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation. Neil currently works at Workato as a Senior Manager Global Compensation, where they are responsible for developing equity ranges and policies for new hire grants and promotions grants. Neil Pfeiffer, CCP, has a diverse educational background. Neil began their academic journey at Ner Israel Rabbinical College, where they pursued a BA in Talmudic Law from 2006 to 2010. Following this, Neil attended Towson University from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Psychology, earning a Non-Degree certification.

Seeking further specialization in the field, Neil pursued an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University from 2010 to 2012. This degree allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of the intersection between psychology and organizations.
