Nishtha Mehrotra

Nishtha Mehrotra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nishtha joined Workato in 2016 and has worked their way up to the position of Director of Design. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Product Design and Design Manager at the same company. Before joining Workato, Nishtha was a UX Designer at Workato.

In 2012, Nishtha co-founded and worked as a Designer at MyNewsStudio, an education technology startup that focused on helping Indian B-school students with career development. Nishtha'sresponsibilities included creating visually appealing content for group discussions and personal interviews.

Nishtha also worked as an Experience Designer at Suryagarh, a luxury boutique hotel, where they were responsible for defining the hotel's retail shop experience and managing product development. Additionally, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Episode Homes, a design and export house, where they conducted market research and designed a range of corporate gifts in the silver industry.

Earlier in their career, Nishtha worked as an Industrial Designer at Magppie International Limited, where they analyzed design and manufacturing processes for luxury stainless steel products.

Nishtha Mehrotra has a strong educational background in design and human factors. Nishtha completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology India from 2006 to 2010. Nishtha then pursued a Master's degree in Visual Communication at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2011 to 2013. To further enhance their expertise, Nishtha completed a Master's degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University from 2015 to 2017. Through their educational journey, they have gained comprehensive knowledge in the fields of industrial design, visual communication, and human factors.
