Tiago Esperança

Tiago Esperança has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Tiago began their career at Siemens in 2004 as a Software Developer, where they worked on the technical design and development of Network Management Software. Tiago also served as the team leader for the NBI (North-bound Interface) team. In 2005, Tiago joined Xpand IT as a Consultant and Project Manager, working on integration and billing projects for industries such as telecommunications, logistics, utilities, and banking. Tiago also led a team of six resources and was involved in pre-sales activities such as requirements analysis, solution architecture, and candidate selection.

In 2010, Tiago joined Wipro Technologies as a Technical Lead, responsible for the analysis and delivery cycle of projects in the Single European Payments Area (SEPA). Tiago implemented SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) on a major bank in the Netherlands.

From 2011 to 2017, Tiago worked at Celfocus as a Solutions Architect - Associate Specialist. In this role, they contributed to various projects and provided specialist expertise in solution architecture.

In 2017, Tiago moved to GFT Group as a Solutions Architect, specializing in banking projects. Tiago was involved in solution designs for projects at Deutsche Bank, including Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), SEPA Instant Payments, and MIFID2. Tiago also served as a Project Manager for Advisory projects in Wealth Management.

Currently, Tiago is employed at Workato as the EMEA Post-Sales Lead, a role they have held since February 2021. Prior to this position, they worked as the EMEA Solutions Architect for Customer Success from March 2019 to January 2021.
