Mike Hipp

Mike Hipp is the current Vice President of Sales at Workboard. Prior to their current role, Hipp served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Lanetix from March 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for helping logistics service providers streamline their bid desks, improve margin by precision-selling services by trade lane, and reduce risk and scope creep in the solution design-to-delivery process.

From August 2014 to September 2016, Hipp served as the Area Vice President of Sales at Medallia. In this role, they were responsible for growing the West Area from two sales regions to four and increasing the headcount of Sales Directors from eight to twenty. Mike also spent a year building out the Central Area, which they grew from two sales regions to four and increased the headcount of Sales Directors from nine to eighteen.

Hipp began their career in sales at Parametric Technology Corporation in 1994, where they served as a Regional Director until 1999. Mike then joined Aprimo in 2000 as an Area Vice President, a role they held until 2013. In 2013, they joined Convercent as Executive Vice President of Sales and Alliances before leaving the company in 2014.

Mike Hipp attended Boston College and earned a BS in Economics & Philosophy.
