Anya Hankerson Woods is the current Community Manager at Workbox Company. Anya has also previously worked as a Community Manager at Blue Lacuna from July 2020 to May 2022. In their role as Community Manager, they were responsible for creating and managing a content calendar, organizing creative assets, and scheduling/publishing social media content. Additionally, they were responsible for proactively and reactively engaging with consumers to increase brand awareness, brand reputation, and brand advocacy.
During their time at Blue Lacuna, Anya developed social media branding and content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and more. Anya was also responsible for applying problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquires and disputes, and escalate using appropriate channels when necessary. Additionally, they answered customer questions daily and developed a frequently asked questions guide.
In their role as Community Manager, Anya was also responsible for fielding inquires and maintaining meaningful relationships with third-party coworking networks and potential partners. Additionally, they assisted our coworking members and my team daily with technical issues regarding our website, social media pages, and our CRM. As the connector between the owners (the brand) and the coworking members (the customers), Anya served an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
In addition to their responsibilities mentioned above, Anya also managed all inbound sales leads and implemented tactics that generated a membership growth in new clientele through a CRM.
