Ed Ryan

Ed Ryan is a Board Advisor of Workbox. Ed helps advise leadership on brand strategy, management agreement structure, and general corporate matters. Ed brings 40 years of corporate, legal, and real estate experience to the Board. Prior to his retirement in 2018, Ed was the EVP and Global General Counsel for Marriott International. He led a team of over 100 lawyers in areas such litigation, contract management, and M&A over his +20 year tenure at Marriott. Prior to Marriott, Ed was a Partner in Hogan Lovells’ real estate practice group. Ed earned a JD (Cum Laude) and BA (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Pennsylvania.
