Hayley Preedy

Hayley Preedy has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and sales. Hayley has currently been working as a Marketing Campaign Manager at WorkBuzz since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Marketing at eXceeding, starting in November 2020.

Before that, Hayley worked as a Marketing Manager at Arrival Education from June 2022 to October 2022. Hayley also has experience as a Business Development & Marketing Manager at Cranfield University from June 2016 to November 2020, and as a Corporate Marketing Manager from July 2012 to June 2016.

Hayley has previously held the role of Marketing Manager at BOARD International from August 2010 to July 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing & Pre-Sales Specialist at Minitab from August 2008 to August 2010.

Their early work experience includes a Sales Manager role at Interiors 1900, which they held from August 2000 to July 2008. Hayley has a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in various industry sectors.

Hayley Preedy completed a Level 3 Digital Marketing & Social Media program at Ascento Learning & Development from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Prior to that, they participated in the Aurora Programme at Leadership Foundation for Higher Education from 2015 to 2016, although no specific degree was obtained during that time. Hayley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Northampton, earned between 2004 and 2006, with a specialization in Business Administration. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in French & Business Studies from De Montfort University, completed from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Hayley has obtained multiple certifications such as Customer Experience Strategy from Cranfield School of Management, Level 3 award in Principles of Marketing and Level 3 Award in Principles of Coding from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Inbound Certification, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy, and Google Analytics IQ (Individual Qualification) from Google.
