Andrew Kershaw

Andrew Kershaw is the Vice President of Software Engineering and Productivity Technology at Workday. Prior to joining Workday, Kershaw served as the Vice President of Product, Strategy and Partnerships at Wayin. In this role, Kershaw was responsible for product management, developing strategic partnerships, analyst relations, product innovation and evangelism.

Before joining Wayin, Kershaw spent five years at Oracle as the Senior Director of Product Management and Business Development for Oracle Social Network, WebCenter & BPM. In this role, Kershaw was responsible for market messaging, regional sales support and partner business development within the Social, Content, Portal, Web Experience and Business Process Management product team.

Kershaw has a wealth of experience in the digital business space, with a focus on digital disruption and transformation. Andrew is an expert in social engagement and marketing, and has a proven track record in developing successful GTM strategies.

Andrew Kershaw holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Management from the same school.

Andrew Kershaw reports to Sayan Chakraborty, EVP, Product & Technology. They work with and Kumar Muthukumar - VP, Cloud Engineering.
