Diane McMillan

Diane McMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application support and management within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Workday since October 2021, Diane previously held several key positions at Workday, including Manager of Support/Production Readiness and Senior Production Readiness Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams and overseeing customer transitions to production environments. Prior to rejoining Workday, Diane was the Manager of Production Services at Alchemy.us, focusing on customer post-production support and team management. Additional experience includes roles in customer loyalty and retention at 24 Hour Fitness, as well as a range of technical and managerial positions in previous companies. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.
