Janelle Susuras

Janelle Susuras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success Enablement, Programs & Operations at Workday since March 2021, Janelle previously held several director-level positions at Salesforce from August 2012 to March 2021, focusing on strategic programs, product strategy, and consulting. Prior experience includes roles at Medtronic as Divisional IT Leader and Global Sr Program Manager, as well as at Mars in various project management roles. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University.
