Jeff Paul is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Workday. Prior to their current role, Jeff was the Director of Customer Success and before that, the Manager of Customer Success. Jeff has also worked as the Director, Client Services for Open Text Inc., Cloud Services. In this role, they were responsible for business operations of their Software as a Service content management offering, including customer implementations, professional services, training and customer satisfaction, and renewals. Jeff was also responsible for developing a customer retention program consisting of high touch customer service and a customer support process that averaged response times under 30 minutes, resulting in a 95% customer retention rate during the 2013 fiscal year. In addition, Jeff produced over a million dollars of professional services revenue annually through up-selling customers on custom development and service extensions. Lastly, Jeff collaborated with the engineering group to define requirements to convert existing platform to a multi-tenant offering with a goal of reducing our operating costs by 30%.
Jeff Paul received their BA from California State University-Chico and their certification from Workday in Workday HCM Core Certification. Jeff also received their certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
