Jenny Najduch

Jenny Najduch, PMP, is an enablement leader with over 15 years of experience in synchronous and asynchronous learning. They have held roles such as Learning Design Consultant at Gallup and Senior Instructional Designer at Workday, where they designed impactful training materials and developed strong stakeholder relationships. Previously, they contributed to educational programs with the American Library Association and served as Senior eLearning Instructional Designer at NorthShore University HealthSystem. Jenny holds a Project Management Professional Certificate from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on Public Relations at Drake University.
