Kim Whidden has over 20 years of experience in student financial aid and higher education administration. Currently serving as an Outbound Product Manager for Student Financial Aid at Workday since September 2017, Kim has previously held roles including Sr. Field Readiness Architect and Senior Student Consultant. Prior to Workday, Kim spent 14 years at Cuyahoga Community College, leading financial aid and scholarship operations as the District Director. Additional experience includes positions at Case Western Reserve University and The University of Michigan, where responsibilities ranged from managing internal grants to processing financial aid. Kim holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Enrollment Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Toledo.
