Kimberly Johnson

Kimberly Johnson is an accomplished professional in product management and human resources with extensive experience at Workday and Hewlett-Packard. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Human Capital Management (HCM) at Workday, Kimberly leads a team dedicated to enhancing the core HCM software and fostering high performance within the organization. Previous roles at Workday include Senior Manager and various positions focused on workforce planning, where Kimberly established expertise in engaging with CHROs to drive product development and implementation. Prior to joining Workday, Kimberly held multiple HR leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, where strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning strategies were developed for a large organization. Kimberly holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Davis.
