Marianne Herrmann

Marianne Herrmann is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and education, currently serving as the Principal Talent Acquisition Enablement Program Manager at Workday, having previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Enablement Program Manager. Prior to Workday, Marianne spent significant time at Teach For America, where roles included Senior Managing Director of Learning, Development & Strategy and other leadership positions in Recruitment & Admissions. Additionally, Marianne served as an English Language Teacher at Houston Independent School District and started as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Educationally, Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Oregon and a Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
