Melanie Mathiason-Hanson is a Senior HCM Consultant at Workday, with extensive experience in HR technology implementation and project management. Over the last three years, they have focused on full lifecycle implementation of Workday, specializing in HR, Compensation, and Talent Management. Melanie previously held roles at various organizations, including Honeywell, Radisson Hotel Group, and KBL Associates LLC, where they contributed to optimizing HR processes and technology. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and an MBA from The University of North Dakota.
