Melissa Amooi is the Director of Customer Success at Workday. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in sales and operations management, with a focus on customer success.

Melissa began their career at Cadence Design Systems, where they spent 11 years as a Senior Sales & Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing sales teams and ensuring customer success with the company's products.

In 2010, they joined Intuit as a Sr. Channel Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with Intuit's channel partners and securing on-time renewal revenue.

In 2012, they joined SugarCRM as a Senior Director of Customer Success. In this role, they managed a global team of Customer Success Managers responsible for ensuring customer success with the company's products. Melissa also worked closely with regional sales leaders and Customer Support to drive retention and revenue growth.

In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Customer Success. In this role, they continued to manage the global team of Customer Success Managers and also oversaw Workday's customer support function.

Under their leadership, the Workday customer success team has exceeded retention goals, revenue targets, and handled escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring a world-class experience for Workday customers.

Melissa Amooi holds a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from Arizona State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
