Riya Jana

Riya Jana is a Senior HR Business Partner for North America at Workday, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources. Previously, Riya served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon and held the position of Manager, HR Business Partner for North America at sgsco. Additionally, Riya contributes to the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association as a member of the Board of Directors. Early career experience includes a role as a Project Consultant Intern at the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. Riya holds a degree in Human Resources Management from McMaster University and has further education from Stony Brook University. Riya is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and has knowledge aligned with SHRM-CP standards.
