Shannon Parker

Shannon Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace engagement, facilities management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Workplace Engagement Program Manager at Workday since October 2017, Shannon oversees a team of receptionists, implements operational guidelines, and manages the recruitment and training processes. Previous roles include receptionist at Ascent Services Group and office coordinator at SMCI, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, travel arrangements, office supply management, and event coordination. Shannon also has a history in human resources, having processed payroll and managed recruitment activities across several companies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San José State University and an Associate's degree from West Valley College, Shannon combines managerial expertise with a strong educational foundation.
