Simon Tate

Simon Tate has extensive leadership experience in the Asia Pacific region, currently serving as President of Asia Pacific at Workday since October 2023. Prior roles include President of Asia Pacific at Adobe from April 2020 to October 2023, and Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific at Salesforce from April 2014 to April 2020. Simon has also held key positions at SAP as Regional Vice President from April 2011 to April 2014, and as General Manager of Asia Pacific at EMC Software from January 2006 to July 2011. Earlier in the career, Simon served as General Manager for Asia Pacific at OpenText/Hummingbird and as Sales Director for Australia at Gateway. Simon's career began in business development at NetComm Wireless. Academic credentials include an Engineering degree from the University of Technology Sydney, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
