Tom Haythorn

Tom Haythorn is a seasoned leader in solution consulting with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Solution Consulting for Human Capital Management at Workday, Tom is responsible for leading a Sales Engineering team and collaborating with executives to align growth strategies. Prior to this, Tom held various key positions at SAP, including Head of Solution Advisory for South East Asia & Korea, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies and enhancing team performance. Tom's career began with roles focused on supporting HR and procurement processes across multiple regions, including a foundational experience as an Associate Solution Consultant in North America. Additionally, Tom co-founded SIMON International Group Pty Ltd to innovate the graduate recruitment process. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Finance and Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
