Viju Varghese

Viju Varghese has over three decades of experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Software Development Engineering focused on Performance and Scalability at Workday since January 2015, following a role as Senior Software Engineer in the same domain. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Oracle from July 2001 to January 2015 as Senior Principal Software Engineer specializing in Enterprise Mobile Applications Development and integration with ERP systems, and as Principal Performance Engineer at Covansys from July 1996 to June 2001. Additional roles include Sr Manager at the National Stock Exchange and Solutions Architect at Mascon. Viju holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a minor in Statistics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
