Richard Novak

Richard Novak has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richard is the Founder and Advisor at Performance Culture since 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner and Executive Fund Director at Inception Micro Angel Fund, Cape Fear starting in 2011. From 2009, they worked as the Managing Partner at Cornerstone Business Advisors Inc. Before that, they were the Vice-President of Human Resources at Guilford Mills, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Richard also held the position of Senior Vice-President at The Joseph Horne Co., Inc. where they were involved in a leveraged buy-out of an upscale retail department store chain. Richard started their career at Allegheny International, Inc. in 1965, where they served in various roles including Staff Vice-President of Organization and Human Resources Planning. Throughout their career, Richard Novak has gained expertise in manufacturing, human resources, labor relations, and operations in diverse industries such as electronics, steel, consumer products, engineering services, and technology.

Richard Novak attended Rutgers University from 1961 to 1965, where they obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics.
