Prior to this role, Anand served in various capacities at Office Depot from September 2013 to April 2023, including Sr. Manager of Campaign Operations and Sr. Manager of Marketing Systems. Before Office Depot, Anand worked at Carnival Cruise Lines from November 2002 to September 2013 as a Technical Project Manager and Application Analyst. Anand holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
