Judy Griffin

Judy Griffin has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the AVP HR Total Rewards at Workers Credit Union since February 2011. In this role, Judy is responsible for the sustainability and implementation of benefits, compensation, and HRIS systems, while also overseeing workforce analytics alongside the SVP and CPO. Previous positions held at Workers Credit Union include HR Total Rewards Manager, Payroll and Benefits Specialist, and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration, payroll processing, and addressing employee relations issues. Prior to joining Workers Credit Union, Judy served as an Office Administrator at Royal Steam Heater and as a Human Resources Specialist at Nichols & Stone Co. Judy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Keene State College.
