Raghawendra Upadhyay

Raghawendra Upadhyay has a strong background in business operations and customer support. Raghawendra began their career in 2015 as a Fashion Assistant at Brand Marketing India, where they completed daily tasks efficiently and followed up with customers to ensure satisfaction. In 2017, they moved on to become a Store Team Lead at Arvind Fashions Limited, where they maintained knowledge of sales and promotions and cultivated a positive customer service culture. From 2019 to 2021, Raghawendra worked as an Operations Manager at Delvit Solutions Pvt. Ltd., leading the customer success team and scaling up the startup significantly. Currently, they serve as a Business Operations Manager at Workex, where they monitor key performance indicators, adopts new tools, and takes on new initiatives to improve business operations.

Raghawendra Upadhyay completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut in the years 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the same university from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Raghawendra has obtained two certifications: "Excel: Power Query for Beginners" from LinkedIn in October 2022 and "Google Data Studio for Beginners (2022)" also from LinkedIn in October 2022.
