Anne Diemer

AnnE Diemer is a seasoned professional in people operations and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a People Operations Consultant at aedhr since February 2023. With extensive experience in various roles, AnnE has been a Content Designer and Facilitator for Startup Recruiting Bootcamp, focusing on building DEI foundations for startups. Previously, AnnE held significant roles including Senior Manager of People & Culture at The Hub Project, Human Resources Manager at NARAL Pro-Choice America, and worked on DEI initiatives at Stripe. AnnE's early career includes sourcing and recruiting coordination roles as well as a position as a Career Consultant at Scripps College, where AnnE also contributed to community building and advocacy efforts. AnnE holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Scripps College.
