Cecil Fielder currently serves as the Manager Strategic Initiatives at Workforce Connections. Previously, Cecil was the Director of Safety, Training, & Security at Keolis Transit America, Inc, where Cecil oversaw transit operations in Las Vegas. Cecil holds a Certification in Global Logistics from California State University, Long Beach.
