Brianna Williams is a career coach at Aspyr Workforce Innovation, focusing on supporting young adults aged 18-24 in the City of Columbus through the COMPASS program since May 2023. Prior to this role, Brianna gained valuable experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Otterbein SeniorLife and as a Customer Service Representative at cxLoyalty, where Brianna excelled in efficiency, call time, and communication tone. Brianna is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies at Columbus State Community College, expected to be completed in May 2026, and holds a high school diploma from Westerville South High School, awarded in March 2015.

The Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio (WDBCO) is a Non Profit Organization. WDBCO has a 27-member board of professionals in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Our members are appointed through the Mayor and Franklin County Board of Commissioners and are charged with ensuring programs and initiatives are aligned with the overall workforce development plan on a local, state and national level.
