Windy Murphy

Windy Murphy is the current Associate Director of Business Solutions at Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio. Prior to this, they worked as the Coordinator of Business, Industry, and Manufacturing at C-TEC of Licking County from November 2016 to June 2020. Windy’s first professional role was as an Employment Specialist / Team Lead at Licking County DJFS from February 2000 to September 2013. In this role, they provided direct services to customers who were seeking employment, such as assistance with job search activities, resume writing, and interviewing skills. Windy also led a team of employment specialists and was responsible for their training and development.
