Bonnie Simmons

Bonnie Simmons is an experienced educator and leader currently serving as an English Second Language Instructor at Workforce Essentials, Inc. since July 2016, where responsibilities include developing course syllabi and supervising part-time ESL instructors. Prior to this role, Bonnie held the position of Student Coordinator, managing staff training and organizational partnerships. Previous experience also includes serving as an English Second Language Instructor at The Institute for Educational Volunteer Programs, where lesson plans were created to meet state standards, and as an Assistant Manager at DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant, overseeing staff and coordinating schedules. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, complemented by minors in Family Studies and Mental Health Services.
