Michael Curtis is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the travel industry and expertise in luxury travel, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Think Trip Travel. Additionally, Michael is the Founder and Call Center Fluency Coach at SpeakSmart Solutions, focusing on enhancing communication skills for call center agents.
