William C. Short is a business executive and entrepreneur who currently serves as Executive Chairman and CEO of Ameriflex and as Chairman of the Board for the Employers Coalition for Direct Care (ECDC). They are also the Executive Chairman/CEO/Founder of A.E. Perkins and Accresa, and a Board Member/Co-Founder of Rock-n-Concepts & RNC Entertainment LLC. They previously served on the Advisory Council for The University of Texas at Dallas (2019–2023) and are the author of 127 Grains. Their education includes pursuing a Master of Science in CIS/IT at Quinnipiac University, a Bachelor of Science at Washington University in St. Louis, and an OPM 48 program at Harvard Business School.
