Foluso Aribisala

Foluso Aribisala's work experience includes serving as the Managing Partner/CEO at Workforce Group from September 2019 until present. In this role, they have successfully increased revenue growth by over 25% and expanded the business into multiple African countries. Prior to that, they held the position of Deputy Managing Partner at Workforce Group, where they were responsible for improving efficiency and productivity across all business units and overseeing the creation of digital products.

Before joining Workforce Group, Foluso was the Managing Consultant at PSL Consulting Limited from August 1999 to April 2014. In this role, they oversaw various business consulting initiatives for a diverse range of clients.

They also have experience as a Training Facilitator at both Netherwood Consulting and GTIL, and as a Consultant at SERVICOM Institute.

Foluso Aribisala completed their secondary education at Federal Government College Odogbolu from 1982 to 1988, obtaining their SSCE degree with a focus on Sciences. Following this, they enrolled at Obafemi Awolowo University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Management & Accounting.
