Dr. Kevin Sansberry II

Dr. Kevin Sansberry II is the Founder and Behavioral Scientist at KEVRA: The Culture Company, where organizational culture transformation is achieved through competency development and research-driven solutions. In addition to founding KEVRA, Dr. Sansberry serves as a Consulting Project Lead for Good Works Consulting LLC, focusing on anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. As the Lead Consultant at the Workforce Innovation Center, partnerships with business leaders promote inclusive practices. Dr. Sansberry is also an Adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, an Executive Coach at Surge Institute, and a podcast and radio host. Previous roles include Executive Coach with the Kauffman Foundation and Leadership Development Consultant at UMKC's Bloch School of Management. Dr. Sansberry holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior, an MBA in Leadership & Change in Human Systems, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Business minor.
